Realtor Referral Program

Dear Fellow Realtors:

Do you have a listing that is about to expire or has been on the market for quite some time?  Town and Country Diversified Realty, LLC offers a referral program to Realtors who refer property owners to us for property management.  Check with the Owner to see if they would be interested in renting their property.  The Owner can rest assured that their property will be well maintained, occupied by respectful and responsible tenants, and all repairs and preventive maintenance will be handled as efficiently as possible.

We screen our applicants by having them complete a very detailed Rental Application.  We are also contracted with Verified Information Services who perform a thorough background check including credit reports, criminal history, DMV reports, and local civil court records.  We personally verify their employment and check their rental history.

When the Owner is ready to sell their property, we refer them back to you!!  We respect and honor your sales relationships with your clients and strive to maintain our trustworthy reputation.

Please contact our office if you have a referral for us.  Click on Realtor Referral Form below, fill the form out completely, and fax it to our office.  Once the Owner has signed a one year Property Management Agreement, we will submit your $100 referral fee to your Qualifying Broker who will then disburse the payment to you accordingly.
